Earlier today, I sent an email telling everyone that KRA and XPO were being removed from the portfolio. Both positions were not demonstrating the type of constructive pattern that is typically seen with strong charts. With this behavior, as well as, an overall market that continues to drag down internally, I felt it best to move the positions to the sideline. XPO wasn't able to move above the 37 area and had been hovering around 34. KRA had also been lingering near the lower end of the range and had an earnings announcement today. Below are the charts.
Above, I mentioned that the market has been dragging down internally for the past few weeks. This is also the case with the screens used to find candidates for the watchlist. In recent weeks, the screens have decreased by roughly 20%, which goes hand and hand with our struggles to push any higher. The watchlist and screens are updated for everyone to download. There are a few new names and I'll likely be adding OCLR and UBNT back to the list shortly.
